Do-Dads Vintage Drag & Show 2018
Read more: Do-Dads Vintage Drag & Show 2018Do-dads Reunion Vintage Drag & Show – I wanted to visit this event for few years, but it always clashes with WRC Finland. This year I just didn’t do the rally. I was very committed and even started a vlog. Very DIY one: shot on phone, edited on phone. Take a look š https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1oc_kNXaOI Now, let’s see the proper photo report. Let’s start with the Finnish take on cosplay. Who did James Dean better? Raaaurr Those who were less into cosplay, just wore Dickies shorts, trucker’s cap and some Converse.. as I did too Event was held at OripƤƤ Airfield,…

American Beauty Car Show 2018
Read more: American Beauty Car Show 2018Here’s a massive gallery with 100 pics from the annual American Beauty Car Show in Haapsalu. I love coming to this small town during the event. Fact that only American cars (and most of them old) are allowed to enter the Old Town makes it a bit like Cuba, if you understand what I mean. It was the first time I came to the show on Friday (ran through it in one hour and drove 3h further to Rally Estonia). I was able to go inside the castle before the general public, so made few clean shots. Also the evening…

Stancestā18 // Lowlifer / Noblessner
Read more: Stancestā18 // Lowlifer / NoblessnerAnnual Estonian Stance event Stancest, organised by Lowlifer Car Club, was celebrated today. Guys made another kicker event and surprised everybody with the location at a shipyard hangar. Weather treated everybody with sumer vibes. Show brought one of the best Finnish, Estonian and Latvian dropped & bagged cars. This is a hand sign, easily recognised at any stance show internationally, but Mr. Trump think it means something else. Try putting your finger in there š This URXDS E46 wins the “static” category second year in a row. Best bagged car was the grocery getter from Russia Their mates had a…

American Car Show Helsinki 2018
Read more: American Car Show Helsinki 2018In my last year’s post I was deliberating, while I go to Helsinki or to Stockholm for Elmia show, but once again I ended up in Finland. It’s already a tradition for me to head to Helsinki on Easter weekend. Helsinki’s American Car Show (actually show consists of four exhibitions: american cars, tuning, motorbikes, motorsport) offers a great selection of builds every time, although there’s quite a lot of familiar cars at the show as well. Well, it’s good to catch up with old friends as well. The Cars corner I understand that these car clubs just take up space,…

Klassikstadt Frankfurt
Read more: Klassikstadt FrankfurtLet’s imagine you’re a rich person living in Frankfurt: where will you go to buy your next supercar or a collectable? I think I have an answer – you will go to Klassikstadt, located in a n old German factory building. I visited it in autumn, so don’t remember already, was the place is three or four floors, but I remember that first one was dedicated to car showrooms like Lamborghini and McLaren. Next one or two were about classic cars and the last one had some unique super and hyper cars on display.

Kustom Kulture Show 2018 // Helsinki
Read more: Kustom Kulture Show 2018 // HelsinkiIt’s finally something fresh on the blog, by fresh I mean – pictures that are taken in 2018, not taken from my dusty archive (where are still plenty of things to show). This weekend I went to Helsinki, for the Kustom Kulture show that was held at Helsinki’s top artsy location – Cable Factory. I still have warm feelingsĀ about the Japanese Mooneyes eventĀ and was looking forward to dive deeper into a more local custom scene. Me and my friend Misha, who is t-h-e Hot Wheels collector in Estonia went on Sunday, because it was the day of a swap meet…

Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2017 // Full Show
Read more: Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2017 // Full ShowThis is the part you all been waiting for. After the Ford Deuce and the El Camino got their features, it’s time to show you what the show is actually about, and spoiler, it’s much more then legendary hot rod and a pickup. Officially show opened at 8AM (yes, everything opens early in Japan) and in twenty minutes the venue was crowded. I just managed to get my Moon Equipped merchandise before the queue was formed and now was heading to the backyard where top car & bike builders were preparing to “roll in” for the official opening ceremony. Remember…

Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2017 // Gracious Pickups
Read more: Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2017 // Gracious PickupsChevrolet stopped producing El Camino the year I was born. Chevy pickup went through five generations and all of them wereĀ on display at this year’s Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show, although every vehicle was “slightly” customised. It was another spotlight of the show, next to the “Taste of Deuce”. There’s great hype for these vehicles and Japanese love them. Personally I’m quite sure that Chevy will resurrect the name sooner than later.

Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2017 // Taste of Deuce
Read more: Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2017 // Taste of DeuceWelcome reader to what is the first instalment from my series of posts from Japan. It’s also only one of fourĀ posts that will feature the one & only Mooneyes Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show. Show is held annually and this year organisers celebrated 26th running of it. Mooneyes owner Shige Suganuma is responsible for keeping it great year after year. Show always has themes or spotlights as they call them, this year one of them was celebrating 85 years of the Deuce, also known as Ford 32, the ultimate hot rod.
