After the Ford Deuce and the El Camino got their features, it’s time to show you what the show is actually about, and spoiler, it’s much more then legendary hot rod and a pickup. Officially show opened at 8AM (yes, everything opens early in Japan) and in twenty minutes the venue was crowded. I just managed to get my Moon Equipped merchandise before the queue was formed and now was heading to the backyard where top car & bike builders were preparing to “roll in” for the official opening ceremony. American Beauty Car Show // 2016
Read more: American Beauty Car Show // 2016American Beauty Car Show in Haapsalu was always one of my favourite events on the year, just because of the aura it brings to this small city in Western Estonia. I won’t bore you a lot with details, I wrote all that in previous years here. For photographer’s point of view, what’s happening on the streets is more interesting than what is at the show venue. Unfortunately can’t delight you with some awesome motorsport photography just yet, but you can definitely enjoy watching loads of custom builds from American Car Show that was held this weekend in Helsinki. Exhibition also consisted of JDM’d cars, european tuners, bikes and some exotics.

Car went from factory in 1975, Andrew bought it in 2012. Lowrider was ready in 2014. We had only one day to shoot in Tallinn, next day we went to Power Big Meet in Sweden. Swedes were so “fed up” with all the American cars, so Volga became a real head turner.

It is called Power Big Meet and is organised for more than 30 years. Friends invited me to go with them this year. They are running a car club called Non Grata, some of you may know that it’s the first Lowrider club in Russia.
